IMPORTANT: We ask that you contact us immediately after making your reservation to arrange the details of your pickup. You can contact us at the indicated phone number or WhatsApp.

Pickup Information

• The team will be ready to meet you at the airport and will carry a name sign so you can easily identify it. • The driver will wait for your arrival until 60 minutes after your scheduled flight time. • Please provide us with your exact arrival time and flight number; we will monitor your flight and adjust the wait in case of delays. • Please note that airport staff may offer assistance with your luggage for a tip, but accepting this service is entirely optional. • For your transfer from the hotel to the airport, pick-up will take place 2 hours before departure of your flight. If you need another schedule, you can request it without problem. • This service corresponds to private transfers between Cusco Airport and hotels located within the historic center. Additional charges may apply if you choose accommodation outside this area.
