Pickup Information

Your chauffeur will monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly. After landing, please proceed through immigration and baggage claim. Your driver will meet you inside the arrival hall at the designated meeting point with a name sign. Complimentary waiting time is 90 minutes from actual landing time. To ensure smooth communication, please provide: • Flight number • Arrival terminal • Hotel name & address • Contact number (WhatsApp/iMessage recommended) If you experience delays during immigration or baggage claim, kindly inform us as soon as possible. Assisgned personnel will meet at the terminal pickup point
