Redemption Instructions

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Pickup Information

Pick up intructions from airport: "Arrival Instructions – Terminals 1 & 2 The service operates under a fixed meeting point modality. Once passengers have collected their luggage and proceed to the public area, they should head to Gate 8 to board the vehicle: Terminal 1: Gate 8 (Departures) Terminal 2: Gate 8 (Upper Level) For international flights, the driver will enter the airport 30 minutes after the flight’s landing time, considering the time required for immigration and arrival procedures. The waiting time will begin from that moment. The driver will remain in contact via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm arrival and coordinate boarding. Passengers are kindly advised to keep their phones turned on upon arrival. Due to ongoing terminal renovation works, parking areas are experiencing high congestion. In case a Meet & Greet service is requested, passengers may need to walk a considerable distance to meet the vehicle.
