Meeting and Pickup

Pickup Information

We offer PICK UP ONLY service for morning bookings scheduled at 10 and 12 o'clock. For bookings at 14, 16 and 18 we meet at the landing beach La Enramada in La Caleta. On your request, we will be happy to help with taxi transfer. Our coordinador Karina will wait for you at the hotel entrance/ meeting point.

Refundable tickets

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Suitable for all physical fitness levels

No previous experience is required, as we will take you through all the details from the very beginning. Weight minimum 25kg, maximum 100kg. You should be fit and able to walk and run few meters

We recommend sport shoes, comfortable clothing, a light sweatshirt or jumper, sunglasses and a small bottle of water

In case of unfavorable weather conditions (unexpected strong wind, low visibility) we will gratis rebook your booking for a different date or make a complete refund
