Redemption Instructions

We recommend that you request your pickup at least three hours in advance of your flight departure time. Please provide us your mobile phone number with the correct country code. For sedan vehicles in Barcelona, a maximum of four pieces of luggage is allowed in total, regardless of size. If your booking is for more than four passengers, this restriction does not apply. We use a range of vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private taxis. Oversized or excessive luggage (such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bicycles) may be subject to restrictions. Please contact the operator in advance to confirm whether your additional luggage can be accommodated. At Barcelona Port, your driver will wait for up to 30 minutes free of charge.
