For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

To ensure a smooth and timely arrival at the cruise port, we recommend scheduling your pickup at least one hour before your ship’s boarding time. Please provide a valid mobile phone number, including the country code, so your driver can contact you if needed on the day of your transfer. For sedan vehicles in Barcelona, a maximum of four pieces of luggage is allowed in total, regardless of size. If your booking is for more than four passengers, this restriction does not apply.
