Redemption Instructions

Please provide a mobile telephone number with the country code at the time of booking. You can contact your driver via WhatsApp on the day of the transfer to notify them of any delays or to help locate them at the meeting point. In Barcelona, our sedan vehicles can carry a maximum of 4 pieces of luggage in total, regardless of size. If your booking is for more than 4 passengers, this condition does not apply. If you arrive with more luggage than allowed and it does not fit in the vehicle, the driver will be happy to assist you in arranging an additional vehicle from the taxi stand. Indus Pickups cannot cover the cost of any additional vehicle. At Indus Pickups, we understand that it may take some time to reach your pickup point, so we offer complimentary waiting time depending on the service booked: Train station pickup: 30 minutes The complimentary waiting time begins from the scheduled pickup time. We recommend switching on your mobile phone or connecting to the train station’s free Wi-Fi upon arrival. If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes after your train’s actual arrival time, the driver may have to leave. In case of delays, your driver will track your train using the number provided in your booking and adjust the waiting time according to the train’s actual arrival time. We use a range of vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private taxis.

Pickup Information

The driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall of Barcelona Sants Train Station, holding a nameplate with the lead passenger’s name.
