Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

We recommend requesting your pickup at least one hour before your train boarding time. Please provide a mobile phone number with the country code. For sedan vehicles in Barcelona, a maximum of four pieces of luggage is allowed in total, regardless of size. If your booking is for more than four passengers, this restriction does not apply. We use a range of vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private taxis.
