Redemption Instructions

When in Italy you can contact our local supplier (+393512187924) by call and by WhatsApp. (we suggest by WhatsApp messages, easily linking to free wifi from hotels, bar/coffee shops, restaurants). • Pickup Hotel, B&B or similars: Driver will meet you on the road in front to your accommodation • Pickup Cruise Port: Driver will meet you at the pier just outside the ship with a sign with your name on • Pickup Airport: Driver will meet you near the Meeting Point just outside baggage claim area with a sign with your name on • Professional English-speaking Driver gives basic general commentaries from the vehicle. He can’t leave the car to walk around with you. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • For under 18 years old booked for this tour please provide proof of identity for the benefit reductions of the tour (copy of a document, ecc.).
