In case of a canceled or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will not be refundable. If you arrive with a new flight and consequently a new pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer

Any modifications or changes to the pick-up time must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled pick-up time

In case of a flight diversion to Pisa or Bologna Airport, the booked transfer from Florence Airport will not take place and it will not be refundable
