Pickup Information

For passengers arriving at Chioggia Cruise Port, your driver will be waiting for you just outside the cruise terminal with a personalized name sign. Please note that private vehicles cannot access the restricted port area. Passengers will need to walk a short distance from the ship to the designated meeting point just outside the terminal gates. Port staff and shuttle buses are usually available to assist travelers with luggage if necessary. Once you meet your driver, you will receive full assistance with your bags and be escorted to your private car or minivan for a safe and comfortable transfer to your destination. We kindly recommend keeping your mobile phone switched on (preferably with WhatsApp) so your driver can contact you if needed.
