Redemption Instructions

• On arrival, please reach our desk located in front of arrivals gate. • The driver will monitor the arrival time of your flight and will wait up to 60 minutes after the plane has landed. • Note that since the arrival time of the flight you will need approximately 15-20 minutes to claim your baggage and leave the airport. • In the event that a member of your group loses a suitcase, or any other incidence that make you late for meeting with driver, please send someone from the group to meet with the driver to inform him of the incident or contact us to notify the issue. • Emergency phone number +39 388 7760594  • The driver will wait for 60 minutes after effective landing time, please contact our assistance center if you can't find the driver on arrival. • One suitcase per passenger allowed • Please confirm number of luggage on the Special Requirements check out field (standard size is 46x69x29cms - 18x27x11in)
