Our policy allows our staff or drivers to wait for up to 60 minutes after your scheduled arrival time to accommodate any delays. If you are unable to meet within this timeframe, an additional waiting fee will apply for each subsequent 30 minutes. For hotel pickups, we ensure timely departures based on your scheduled time.
