In case of a flight delay, the driver will monitor the flight and be at the airport at the updated arrival time.

Any changes to the flight number, and consequently to the arrival time, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the original arrival time.

In the event of a canceled, missed, or diverted flight, the transfer will not be provided and will be non-refundable. If you arrive on a new flight with a revised pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer.
