Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Each traveler is allowed maximum 1 pieces of luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • You will shortly receive an email with the confirmation of your exact pickup time. Please check your e-mail inbox. Should you not receive this email, please call the supplier directly at least 2 days prior to your tour/activity date • As your transfer is private it may be possible to alter the departure time if required. To do so please call Project Napoli Service on the phone number listed above. Opening hours are: 08:30 - 13:00 Monday to Saturday 15:30 - 20:00 Monday to Friday

Pickup Information

Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) otherwise we will send you a mail suggesting the right pick up time at your accomodation. If the hotel is located into a pedestrian area we will fix an alternative pick up point on the road.
