Redemption Instructions

• Any changes related to the pickup time must be sent at least 36 hours before the transfer  • Please provide us with your preferred pick up time. If not provided, we’ll arrange the pick up time following the information of your flight or the embarkation and disembarkation time of your cruise ship. RomaeTravel reserves the right to amend your pick up time, also on a last minute basis, due to causes of force majeure such as, for example, traffic and wheatear conditions, strikes etc.  In any case, RomaeTravel guaranteed the performance of services booked.
