Pickup Information

Arrive in Rome with our exclusive private transfers. Upon your disembarkation in the morning around 8.00/9.00, our English speaking Driver will be waiting for you directly under your cruise ship with the welcome sign. Our licensed and accredited driver to enter the port will wait for you with a comfortable Mercedes (sedan or minivan) and will take you to your destination in Rome (Hotel, private apartment, B&B, train station or airport). The transfer is always private and only for you. You won't have to walk or take care of your luggage, we'll take care of it. We can arrive in front of your hotel and recommend being ready 15 minutes in advance with your luggage. We will take care of everything, while customers can sit inside our vehicle with air conditioning, wi-fi and fresh water. The pick up time requested by you CANNOT BE CHANGED 24 hours before the service. A delay of more than 15 minutes of the requested time will be considered NO SHOW.
