Pickup Information

At our dear costumers , we prioritize a smooth arrival experience by providing personalized pick-up services at airports and train stations. Our policy allows our staff or drivers to wait for up to 60 minutes after your scheduled arrival time to accommodate any delays. If you are unable to meet within this timeframe, an additional waiting fee will apply for each subsequent 30 minutes. For hotel pickups, we ensure timely departures based on your scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding and aim to provide you with the best possible service throughout your journey. "For transfers scheduled between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, a night fee of €50 will be charged. This extra amount must be paid in cash directly to your driver upon arrival."
