Redemption Instructions

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable We recommend that you contact your destination operator by WhatsApp +1 (786) 840-0703 at least 24 hours prior to your transfer to most efficiently coordinate meeting the driver.

Pickup Information

Pick up intructions from airport: "Terminal 1 – Domestic Flights (Southwest, Spirit, Frontier, etc.): Exit through Door 2, cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage, go up to Level 2 (Uber/Lyft zone). The driver will wait there or will contact you to confirm the exact location. Terminal 3 – Domestic Flights (JetBlue, Alaska, Hawaiian, etc.): Take the elevator to Level 1, exit through Door 48, cross the bridge to the parking garage and go down to Level V (Uber/Lyft zone). Once there, contact the driver. Terminal 3 – International Flights: Go up to Level 1, exit through Door 51, cross the bridge to the parking garage and go down to Level V (Uber/Lyft zone). Then contact the driver."
