Redemption Instructions

IMPORTANT: After booking, please send us a copy of the passport of all travelers, and your room number after checking in to your accommodation. This information is required for us to arrange your transfer permission. Otherwise we cannot operate your booking. • Transfer from Luxor to Hurghada or El Gouna will cost 30 usd extra . If you are using Whatsapp, also please send us your number so we can contact you in case needed. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • You must contact the local supplier for exact pick-up time and location (contact details provided on your voucher) • TRAVEL TIP: Due to very low wages, "Baksheesh" or tips/gratuities are an integral part of life in Egypt. It is useful to carry notes with you at all times. If you are unsure who, or how much to tip, please do not hesitate to ask your tour guide for guidance.
