Redemption Instructions

You will receive a confirmation message from us at least one day before your transfer. This will include all the necessary details—meeting point, driver information, and vehicle details. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number with access to messaging apps such as iMessage, WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, or KakaoTalk, so we can stay in touch easily. On the day of your arrival, our driver will track your flight and enter the terminal according to your actual arrival time. He will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name and will assist you with your luggage. We are an authorised taxi company registered with Transport for London. All our drivers are fully licensed and approved by Transport for London (Licence No: 010825), so you can travel with complete peace of mind regarding safety and compliance.

Pickup Information
