For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

• When booking a round trip, Please make sure to enter return pickup date and train time in "Note" section. • Provide passenger mobile number including country dialing code. EX: 001 = US, 0091= India • Please provide correct flight number so we can monitor your flight for early or delay landing. • Please inform us in advance if you travel in business class/Premier class and pickup time slot at the Airport (After 60, 90,120 minutes). • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Refund is not available for incorrectly booked vehicles due to excess luggage, Failed to contact us if you are stuck in long immigration line and took over 90 minutes to reach arrival hall or leave the Airport or Hotel without contacting local agent or booking agent. • Inform the supplier age of children traveling with you in order for them to provide a free baby seat or booster seat for the duration of the travel. • Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. • Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment. • This is only a private transfers service.
