Your assigned driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with a name sign. Therefore, it is very important that, when making your reservation, you share your flight number so that we can coordinate the exact pick-up location, either at Terminal 1 or 2 of the airport and at the corresponding gate. In the event that your flight is delayed or cancelled by the airline, please notify us as soon as possible. Although we monitor your flight in real time, sometimes monitoring systems do not update information immediately, which could lead to inconvenience in service coordination.
