No need to notify us about minor delays unless your airline has relocated you to a new flight. As you leave the luggage area, you will find one of our representatives with a sign with your name on it. For your safety, do not accept any transportation services from people who do not identify themselves as part of Rapivan and who do not have a name sign. IMPORTANT: If you do not see our representative, please stay in the area and contact us immediately to help locate him. If your flight is delayed for more than two hours, you have been relocated to a new flight or need additional assistance, please contact us at the numbers provided in your confirmation. Basic service is provided in a sedan for up to 3 passengers. If your group is older or if you are traveling with excess luggage, consider some of our upgrades to a larger capacity car available for an additional cost. FROM HOTEL / HOME TO GUADALAJARA AIRPORT Our operator will be at the meeting point you indicate 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
