Your driver will open and close the door for you, and for your safety, guests are only permitted to ride in the back seat. Redemption Instructions

Your local contact is PROFI DRIVER • Hotel pickups include 20 minutes of free wait time. • Our chauffeur will wait 20 minutes. If you dont show up after this time, and you did not notify us, we will release the chauffeur and the transfer will be a NO SHOW and fully charged. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. • If there is a problem finding our chauffeur please contact the phone number showed in your Vaucher.
