Redemption Instructions

• When booking a round trip, Please make sure to enter return pickup date and time in "Note" section. • Provide passenger mobile number including country dialing code. EX: 001 = US, 0091= India • Please provide correct flight number so we can monitor your flight for early or delay landing. • Please inform us in advance if you travel in business class/Premier class. • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Inform the supplier age of children traveling with you in order for them to provide a free baby seat or booster seat for the duration of the travel. • Last minute vehicle upgrades subject to limited availability. • Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. • Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment. • Meet and greet service not offered for Station pickup and passengers must meet driver at the pickup point on Pancras road.
