Redemption Instructions

• You will receive a 2nd confirmation 48 hours prior to pickup date including pickup time and meeting point at the Airport. • When booking a trip, Please make sure to enter flight details, pickup date from London and disembarkation time from the ship (if applicable) "Note" section. • Provide passenger mobile number including country dialing code. EX: 001 = US, 0091= India • Please provide correct flight number so we can monitor your flight for early or delay landing. • Please inform us in advance if you travel in business class/Premier class. • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Refund is not available for incorrectly booked vehicles due to excess luggage.  • Inform the supplier age of children travelling with you in order for them to provide a free baby seat or booster seat. • Please arrange your hotel pick up , rush hour traffic in mind. If in doubt do not hesitate to contact the supplier for further advise/information. • Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport and 10 minutes free waiting time at the Hotel. We need to know name of the ship so driver can reach the correct cruise terminal for your pickup.
