For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Provide passenger mobile number including country dialing code. EX: 001 = US, 0091= India • Please provide correct flight number so we can monitor your flight for early or delay landing. • Please inform us in advance if you travel in business class/Premier class. • Last minute vehicle upgrades may not be possible. Therefore contact the supplier directly to discuss any excess luggage details. • No additional charges for flight delays. Delayed flights, driver will come inside after the time passenger requested pickup by keeping time gap. Airport pickup and drop off charge included. • Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time.
