Pickup Information

Reliable, elegant and punctual service. Our driver will pick you up at the address provided in Rome, apartment or hotel. He/she will arrive 10 minutes in advance of the scheduled time and following the fastest route will take you to another address that you have provided in the city of Rome (the service offered takes place within the Grande Raccordo Anulare of Rome). Please contact us at least 12 hours before the service to communicate the exact time of your pick up and the starting and destination address. Unless otherwise stated, all transfer services are calculated on the basis of 1 bag per passenger. Customers with more than one piece of luggage per person must be informed in advance to check if the stated car size is sufficient or if a larger vehicle needs to be provided and a higher transfer fee applied based on the requested car size. If customers travel with more than one piece of luggage per person without notice, the extra car may be charged directly.
