Redemption Instructions

• Pick up at 8:30 am at the Hotel in Florence if centrally located (indicate the name of the Hotel) • The private Local guide in Pisa is available for 1 hour • A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. • Please be aware that in case of no-show, the guide and/or the driver will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes from the tour departure time. After that time, if nobody informed us about the delay, they are entitled to leave and no refund will be granted to any client who is not at the departure point at the established time • Pastry tasting in Lucca is not available on Mondays and National Holidays

Pickup Information

Pick up at 8:30 am at the Hotel in Florence if centrally located. In case the Hotel is not located in Florence city center we will arrange the pick up in a location in Florence city center to be advised.
