Redemption Instructions

You must contact the tour operator Land´s End Tours by email at info@landsendtours.com at least 24 hours prior to your tour date to verify your exact pickup location and time. You will receive a confirmation email with the exact pickup location and time. Please note: your booking may be canceled without refund if you do not contact the local tour operator by email on time to verify the pickup location and time. Please check your Inbox or Junk Mail for their confirmation email. Confirmation is by email only, not by telephone.

Pickup Information

We offer flexible pickup times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM to fit your schedule. The Private Tailor-Made Tour Todos Santos lasts 3 hours, with pickup before the tour and drop-off afterward. Total time, including round-trip transportation, varies depending on your hotel´s location (estimated round-trip travelling time from San José del Cabo (3 hours approx. - total tour duration: 6 hours approx.) and Cabo San Lucas (2 hours approx. - total tour duration: 5 hours approx.). Confirm your requested pickup time with us in advance of your experience. At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time. In case you are staying at a vacation rental/AirBnB, please send us the exact address location.
