In passing through the laboratory, using equipment such as ATAGO Refractometers, Hygrometers, JABALITICS colorimeters, Le Nuz de Café, Everpure Filters. At the bar you will live a unique flavor experience and an extraction process with a SYNESSSO espresso machine, COMPAK and BARATZA grinders, ACAIA bar with grameras, everpure filters, FELOW jugs, among other high-quality elements.
