We will start this private tour with a walk through the streets of Venice in the meeting place that you prefer! It will be an opportunity for a brief introduction to Venice, its millenary history and its lifestyle. After that we will meet the owner of a Venetian bacaro specialized in natural wines only, located off the tourist paths in a quiet and charming campo in Cannaregio. This Prosecco tasting will cover the historic fermentation process of this sparkling wine. You will learn and taste at the same time! The wines will be completely natural from growing grapes to fermenting and won't give you any hangover!
