Pickup Information

Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport (MCO), please contact us to confirm the pickup area. The JJ Transfer driver will be waiting at the baggage claim area or at the meet & greet area, holding a sign with your name. Each passenger may bring 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on. Pickup will begin within 30 minutes after landing, with an additional 60 minutes of waiting time. If the passenger does not make contact within this period, it will be considered a no-show, with no refund.
