Pickup Information

Your driver will contact you before the pickup time to confirm the exact meeting point and schedule. For airport pickups (CDG / ORY / BVA), your driver will wait for you inside the arrivals hall, right in front of your flight’s exit gate, holding a sign with your name on it. There is no extra charge for flight delays, as we monitor your flight in real time. For hotel pickups, your driver will meet you inside the hotel lobby or just outside the main entrance if vehicle access is limited. For train station pickups, your driver will wait for you at the arrivals area near your platform, holding a name sign for easy identification. For private residences, please be ready at the main entrance of the building or outside your home a few minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Short stops (restroom, coffee, quick break) are available upon request during the trip. We are available 24/7 for any questions regarding your pickup.
