Redemption Instructions

Dear travelers, to receive your tickets, you must travel in our commercial vehicle at Pearl harbor. We cannot meet you at Pearl Harbor and hand over your tickets, it’s against Pearl Harbor policies. You will receive a text message from (808) 824-4270 or an email message from reservations@karmatourhawaii.com a day prior between 12pm - 5pm local time with all the detailed information.

Pickup Information

Dear traveller, we do not pick-up from all the hotels, as the pickup information may differ from your booking confirmation, we do have designated pick up zones in wakiki, you will receive a text or email regarding your pick up time and locations one day prior between 12pm -5 pm local time.
