Redemption Instructions

• Your pick-up time will be approximately 9.30am for Perth Hotels and Crown Hotels. For Guildford or Swan Valley accommodation, your pick up will be approximately 10am. • Your exact pick-up time and locations will be confirmed 2 days prior to the tour. If you have not received your confirmation within this time, please reconfirm with Up Close and Local Tours by emailing hello@upcloseandlocaltours.com.au prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. • Minimum age to consume alcohol in Australia is 18 years old. • Comfortable, smart casual clothing is recommended. Tours operate rain, hail or shine so please dress for the weather. • Please advise the operator BEFORE the day of the tour if you are planning to bring luggage/suitcases with you. Pickup Information

Door-to-door pick up from your hotel is included: Perth CBD hotels, Crown Perth and Perth Airport hotels, Guildford or Swan Valley accommodation. Your pick up time will be between 9.20am and 10am - the exact pick up time will depend on your hotel location. Up Close and Local Tours will contact you at least 2 days prior to the tour to confirm your exact pick up time and provide any instructions required for your pick up location.
