PICK-UP INFORMATION Personalized pick-up point: As this is a private tour, you choose the pick-up location most convenient for you, as long as it is within the city limits of São Paulo. Please note: We do not offer pick-ups outside the capital city (São Paulo), such as in the state's interior or coastal areas. ⸻ RETURN INSTRUCTIONS Flexible drop-off: At the end of the tour, you also choose the drop-off location within the city of São Paulo — whether it's a hotel, airport, or another address of your choice. Important: The drop-off must be within the capital city. We do not offer drop-offs in the state's interior or coastal areas. ⸻ ✈️ FOR AIRPORT PICK-UPS After you disembark (from your flight), a member of our team will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it. They will then escort you to the vehicle, parked nearby. If the tour starts at the airport, please send us your flight details in advance so we can monitor its arrival and wait for you at the correct terminal, at the right time. ⸻ FOR HOTEL PICK-UPS Upon arrival at the hotel, the tour guide or driver will notify the reception to contact you in your room if you are not in the lobby at the scheduled time. Transfer included: You can select your hotel from the list of options at the time of booking. End of activity: This tour ends at the drop-off point agreed upon with you.
