Pickup Information

Please, make sure to fill-out the required information regarding to your Arrivals including your Pickup Transfer at SJO Intl. Airport Juan Santamaría and Destination location in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca/Cahuita hotels. Information such as flight number, date, time and hotel name are the minimum required to operate your airport shuttle services and avoid delays or cancelations. The day trip we will monitor your flight number through regular APPs in order to be on time with your pickup. Besides of Viator Chat, our preferred communication tools with you will be WhatsApp Chat/Calls, regular Phone calls or Waze/Google Maps. If you are traveling with children under 12 years old or less than 1.45cms height/36KG, He/She will require the use of baby car seats or boosters, please, request it in advance before the traveling day at no cost for you. If a booster seats or baby car seats for children are needed but you didn't request it prior to your trip, we may be forced to delay or cancel the trip due to Costa Rican laws requiring the use of it. Our van is 12 passengers capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private shuttle service trip at no cost for you. International flight arrivals once landed and after Immigration and Baggage Claim done usually takes 25 minutes up to 1 hour or even more time to pass by the passenger exit doors area.
