Hotel pick-up is offered for this tour. Note: if you are on a Private Residence, Hostel or B&B accommodation, we will do our best to collect you there or by a nearest meetingpoint. Once your purchase is complete we will organize the pick-up arrangements. Pick ups from the Cancun area from 05:30 am to 07:00 am, Pick ups from Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya from 07:00 am to 08:30 am, Pick ups from the Tulum area from 8:30 to 09:00 am

For private tours, you can personalize your pickup time to best fit your schedule. If you are staying at a private residence, hostel, or B&B, we will do our best to arrange pickup at your location or suggest the nearest accessible meeting point.
