Redemption Instructions

• Please specify your preferred departure time when confirming your booking. • You have to reconfirm your pick-up time and drop-off location with local service provider 48-hours prior to travel. •The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Pickup Information

Your driver will be waiting at the airport/port/train station holding a board with the lead passenger's name on it. Luggage allowance:​​ You can bring 1 medium or big size suitcase per passenger seat + 1 small item (such as laptop, camera bag or small shoulder bag). Please contact the local supplier to double check with them your vehicle capacity. For the hotels not reachable in Rome due to the street the pick up/ drop off will be at the closest car parking (porterage for luggage not included).
