The booking will only be confirmed after review and acceptance by our team. 2-Confirmation Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with all transfer details, pickup instructions, and emergency contact information. 3 – Language Preference Our team has drivers fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish, but language availability depends on scheduling. Therefore, it is essential to inform your preferred language when making the booking request, so we can assign a driver who speaks your selected language.
