Redemption Instructions

This e-ticket is non-transferable and valid only on the selected date. No physical ticket is required—just show it on your mobile device. Please meet your guide at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Pickup Information

Guests are requested to arrive independently at the meeting point, or you may choose hotel pick-up in Pattaya with an additional fee between 10:00 AM – 04:00 PM (based on your selected time) The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-show
