Our services operate from 5:00 AM to 11:59 PM, if your arrival and/or departure falls outside these times please reach out to confirm availability. For any last-minute changes and/or delays, please reach out immediately, please note all last-minute changes are subject to availability and can´t be guaranteed. **Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Merida Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Arrivals: Your transportation will be ready exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to the Main Ground Transportation Area. **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Departures: Please be ready and wait a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels are not allowed, pickup times are based on traffic/road limitations, and any requests for changes will be reviewed and accepted or rejected at the supplier´s sole discretion. Transfer services are not exchangeable for any other services/routes.
