Redemption Instructions

Please show your Viator voucher, either on your mobile device or printed, along with a valid photo ID to the assigned driver or airport representative. The name must match the reservation. No ticket exchange is required.

Pickup Information

To ensure a comfortable and stress-free arrival, travelers will receive WhatsApp instructions before the service. Flight status will be monitored to assist with reasonable delays. After collecting luggage and clearing customs, travelers should follow the WhatsApp instructions to reach the assigned meeting point. Depending on the arrival terminal, the meeting point will usually be near the Welcome Bar or Margaritaville. The driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s first and last name. Travelers should keep their phone connected and available after landing in case further instructions are required. Please note that there is no reception desk inside the airport. For pickups at a car rental agency located within the Cancun Airport area, the exact agency name must be provided in advance so the meeting point can be confirmed.
