Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

You do not need to redeem your ticket before your pick up, however, it is necesary to contact you before to make the arrangement for your pick up. Particularly if your hotel is not in the downtown area we will have to give you a meeting point before the day of your excursion.

Pickup Information

We pick up travelers in hotels located in downtown area. If your hotel is not in the area, we will provide a confortable and convinient meeting point for you once we contact you and know in which hotel you will be staying.
