Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

We will pick you up and drop you off by your cruise ship or, if you are staying at a hotel, outside your hotel or at a nearby pick-up point. Once you have made the booking, please send us a message via the Viator app or by email online@nofrills-excursions.com to let us know where you need to be picked up—whether it's your cruise ship or hotel. After receiving your message, we will first send you an email with your booking details, followed by a second message confirming the exact departure time and meeting point.

Pickup Information

We will pick you up and drop you off by your cruise ship or, if you are staying at a hotel, outside your hotel or at a nearby pick-up point. For guests staying in Port de Sóller, private pick-up can be arranged upon request. Please note that private tour rates are based on departures from Palma City or the Palma Cruise Terminal. Due to the additional distance and transfer time required, a supplementary charge of €125 applies for collections in Port de Sóller. Once you have made the booking, please send us a message via the Viator app or by email to let us know where you need to be picked up—whether it's your cruise ship or hotel.
