Redemption Instructions
Your private transfer service, provided by PROFI DRIVER • Hotel pickups include 15 minutes of free wait time at your hotel or your address. • If you dont show up after 15 minutes free waiting time, and you did not notify us, we will release the chauffeur and the transfer will be a NO SHOW and fully charged. • Any changes to the trip that may delay the driver or extend the trip for some time or for extra stop, you need to contact us to assign an additional fee for your requirements. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. The maximum number of guests and pieces of luggage specified for a particular vehicle is an estimate based on factors such as size and weight of luggage.
