Redemption Instructions

Upon arrival at the meeting point, please present your voucher & ID in exchange for your activity. Meeting Point: PAUL Le Café in St Pancras International, Unit 2, St Pancras Station, Euston Rd, London N1C 4QP Meeting Time: 6:00am (5:30am on Saturdays), please arrive at least 10 minutes before the time stated Regular schedule for Monday to Friday departures: Check-in: 06:00am, Departure From London: 07:01am Return To London: 20:13pm Regular schedule for Saturday departures: Check-in: 05:30am, Departure From London: 06:18am Return To London: 20:13pm Your tickets for the Eurostar will be sent to you from the supplier, please keep an eye on your inbox and junk email. If you don’t receive these up to 7 days before your trip, please contact reservations@godlentours.com. Please note: • On certain days, there will be slight changes to Eurostar departure times. Please confirm with the supplier minimum 72 hours prior to departure, your train schedule • You are required to carry a valid passport with you which will be validated at the check-in desk; Please check your visa requirements before you travel. You must confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to border crossing. All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler. During this tour there is a fair amount of fast paced walking involved. Please dress appropriately. • Train seats are allocated on first come first serve basis & not guaranteed together. • Your tickets will be printed under the lead passengers name. • Once booked it cannot be cancelled. • Golden Tours will have no liability if Eurostar trains are delayed for unforeseen circumstances such as security alerts, third party action, or bad weather as this is beyond the supplier's control. • Eurostar Check in closes 30 minutes before the train departure time. • Your ticket will be emailed to you directly from the supplier.
