All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.
Redemption Instructions
• Please arrive at the designated pick-up location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time. • Present your booking confirmation and valid photo ID to the tour staff. • The local partner reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. No refunds are available in these cases. -Please follow the Rules of The Canyon at the site as well as always follow your Navajo guide's instructions. Travel Tips: -For your own protection, please be sure to keep a respectable distance away from the edge of canyon rims. -Sun protection recommended for sunny days: hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. -Please keep belongings on you at all times. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal items. -Since the tour can be delayed due to bad weather or other circumstances, please do not plan other time sensitive activities near the scheduled conclusion of this tour. • Professional camera and/or video recording are not permitted during the guided tour of Antelope Canyon but it is allowed for Horseshoe Bend Overlook • The Antelope Canyon requires climbing of moderately steep stairs with minimal assistance • Please wear comfortable walking shoes, and check the weather on your tour date to dress accordingly • Prohibited bags within Antelope Canyon Only: Backpack, Binocular Case, Camera Bag, Clear Backpack, Tinted Plastic Bag, Fanny Pack, Purse, Oversized Tote, Printed Pattern Plastic Bag, Mesh Bag Weather Disclaimer for Antelope Canyon: Any decision to close Antelope Canyon due to weather comes from the Antelope Canyon operators and/or Navajo Parks and Recreation. NPE has no control over these closures. If our day tour guests are unable to be admitted to Antelope Canyon, the tour will still include Horseshoe Bend Overlook, and viewing Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell; in such a case, a portion of the tour, equal to the Antelope Canyon admission minus a processing fee, will be refunded to our travelers.
